    Egor Kaway (DJ)

Separate from the Dreamlin live act: DJ sets under the alias Egor Kaway (adopted in 2005), spinning from CD and laptop at clubs and open-airs across Belarus and occasionally Moscow, Warsaw, and Saint Petersburg. Active roughly 2003–2010, with the heaviest calendar in 2008–2009.

    What it was

While Dreamlin was the band/project on stage, Kaway was the DJ booth identity — own nick on flyers, own set lists. Sets leaned on broken beats and eclectic club edits rather than the downtempo/acid-jazz palette Dreamlin was known for live.

The alias sat inside the same Minsk scene as Electrokids, shared bills with Mamkiny Busy, and crossed paths with artists like Карп and Vjik72 at Graffiti and other venues.
